Yoga Nidra Meditation

This 75 minute class is your ultimate gentle offering, designed to leave you completely recharged and rejuvenated. Each session may include pranayama practices, stretch-focused yoga, or calming sound healing, but every class will feature the deeply restorative practice of yoga nidra. Yoga & Soundbath

A 90-minute class combining strength-focused vinyasa yoga with the calming power of sound healing. Flow through grounding sun salutations and intentional movements designed to energize and connect you with your body. Afterward, enjoy an extended savasana immersed in a soothing sound bath featuring crystal bowls, chimes, ocean drums, and more. Breathwork Journey & Soundbath

A deeply tailored one-on-one experience designed to meet your unique needs.
